I recently had someone comment and share some of t

I recently had someone comment and share some of their experience of what their relationship is currently like on a reel of mine.

I commented back and at the end I said “Sending you so much love as you navigate all of this.”

Telling people that I am sending them love or prayers for comfort is something that I do a lot.

Because I mean it.

When I say it, I take the time to picture that person, their name, what they just shared and I say a little prayer, I envision energy (which usually has a color unique to them 🌈) and I send them LOVE.

In a world that seeks to divide or make us feel alone, I’m here to remind you that you aren’t alone and that you are loved. We are all connected.

Whether you are sitting next to me or thousands of miles away, I believe those good vibes, prayers and love are received and felt.

I see you. I hear you. I love you.

And I’m sending you all the love.

Human beings are motivated by pain and pleasure.

There are times when pleasure is more impactful.

And other times when pain is what makes us move.

Yes, I am speaking from experience.

Today, after crying in my shower I decided it was enough.

Today I was motivated by pain. And I’m grateful…. I wouldn’t have made the moves necessary for change without it.

(Next time, I hope it’s pleasure that moves me ♥️)

Perfection is NOT the key to success, love or happiness.

Perfection isn’t the goal.

Perfection isn’t going to get you the life you desire.

In fact, your imperfections are the gateway to your magic.

They are your special sauce.

Yes, we can always strive to be better, to show up even more as ourselves and learn how to do something with even more skill than before.

HOWEVER, if you are hating on yourself or wishing you were further along than you currently are it’s gonna be a whole lot harder to move forward.

Accept where you’re at with love and grace.

AND move forward with intention and a remembering that perfection doesn’t exist anyway.
